Systems for efficient sheet metal processing are part of our tried-and-tested product range. We have manufactured and developed the units for more than three decades for an international clientele.

The product range includes:

Configuration of a production line:

  1. Laterally movable decoiler with coil lifting device; the decoiler mandrel is hydraulically driven and expandable
  2. Hydraulic drive unit directly mounted on upper press head
  3. 21-roller straightener with pneumatic feed-in roller (available as supplementary equipment)
  4. Inlet table with two driving inlet rollers, roller belt oiler, corner stamping device alternative or supplementary punch, strip shears, roller feed device and required guide sections
  5. Convector press implemented as warp resistant, hydraulically powered knuckle-joint press with welded construction, eightfold press ram guided by linear roller carriage with high precision tempered rails, knuckle-joint system lubricated by closed oil circuit
  6. Hydraulic flexible tool made of high quality tool steel, tempered and grinded, easy to exchange, with adjustable die cushion
  7. Discharge table for fast tool exchange

Guillotine with fin counting mechanism for straight or Z cuts. The guillotine is separated from the fin press to achieve continuous operation of the press

Additional equipment:

  1. Discharge mechanism with hydraulic stacking table
  2. Automatic transfer and positioning mechanism for transporting convector fins to welding line
  3. Stacking portal with magnetic grippers, fully automatic palleting system and discharge roller table
