Repair service

  • We will use original spare parts to repair every element of the machine we have supplied to you. If they are no longer available (e.g. caused by discontinuation of products, etc.) we will offer you replacement parts or corresponding conversion kits. Our own components are always available.
  • Execution and production will be carried out by our service team.
  • Immediate preparation of cost estimates including price limits for components and assemblies.
  • We will support you at any time concerning the repair of your external installation or components.

Preventive maintenance

During preventive maintenance, our service team will analyze and evaluate the mechanism and the condition of the hydraulic components of your plant with the aim of avoiding unplanned production shutdowns. Necessary maintenance work will be carried out during planned production breaks. Spare parts will be ordered in due time so that they are directly available when required.

Maintenance

The regular maintenance of the machines by skilled WINTER personnel ensures long-term high availability. Optimization of mechanisms and the program as well as special requests can be implemented as part of maintenance.

Maintenance contracts can be designed flexibly. We offer a scope of service ranging from single inspections with a test report and recommendations through to the regular exchange of expendable parts as preventive maintenance. This service will be carried out by our experienced specialists from our service team.

Failures of complete plants can be systematically localized by our team via remote maintenance and targeted measures can be taken. An engineer from our company is nominated as a regular contact for each plant. That way our customers always reach a competent contact person directly – even outside normal working hours.
