Winter designs and produces pressure intensifiers for hydraulic test benches. The pressure intensifiers are characterized by a robust construction, fatigue endurable dimensioning and a durable sealing system.

Our experience of more than 60 years in the design of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders a range of different operational conditions has a big effect.

The pressure intensifiers are available in the versions:

• oil - oil
• oil - water
• water - water
• air  - water

High pressures up to 100 MPa (1000 bar) can be reached. Self-designed suction and pressure valves are used in order to guarantee durability and easy maintenance as well.

Pressure intensifiers are typically used in hydrostatic pipe testing presses according to API, GHOST or other standards.
